Cathy Rolfe knows the weight of stress and burnout firsthand. As a former senior leader navigating poor health, a superwoman complex, and a caffeine addiction, she discovered a transformative meditation practice in 2010 that changed her life. Today, she’s on a mission to help others do the same.

Now a certified meditation teacher trained in the Himalayas under Thom Knoles, Cathy blends her personal journey with over a decade of professional expertise to help others. The Burnout Reset and Prevention Program is a six-month integrated wellbeing program designed to help high-performing professionals recover from or prevent burnout.

It blends an evidence-based meditation technique, group coaching, and ongoing support to tackle both personal and systemic causes of burnout.

This program is tailored for busy professionals, especially those in leadership or high-pressure roles, who are either experiencing burnout or noticing early warning signs.

It’s perfect for people who want to restore their energy and clarity – without necessarily stepping away from their careers. It is also well suited for those who feel stuck, desperate and unable to find a way out of their constant fatigue and overwhelm.

Week 1:

  • Four consecutive sessions of face-to-face meditation training (1.5 hours each)

Weeks 2–12:
